Ltd<\/strong>, registered and located at Kawasoti-02, Nawalparasi (East), Gandaki, Nepal.<\/p><p data-start=\"493\" data-end=\"756\">By using our website (<strong data-start=\"515\" data-end=\"541\"><a class=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/aafnaighar.com\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"517\" data-end=\"539\">https:\/\/aafnaighar.com<\/a><\/strong>), registering an account, submitting listings, or making any transactions through our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which comply with the Nepal Government&#8217;s <strong data-start=\"732\" data-end=\"755\">E-Commerce Act 2081<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-start=\"758\" data-end=\"826\">Please read the following terms carefully before using our services.<\/p><hr data-start=\"828\" data-end=\"831\" \/><h2 data-start=\"833\" data-end=\"854\">1. <strong data-start=\"839\" data-end=\"854\">Eligibility<\/strong><\/h2><p data-start=\"856\" data-end=\"868\">You must be:<\/p><ul data-start=\"869\" data-end=\"985\"><li data-start=\"869\" data-end=\"896\"><p data-start=\"871\" data-end=\"896\">At least <strong data-start=\"880\" data-end=\"896\">18 years old<\/strong><\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"897\" data-end=\"985\"><p data-start=\"899\" data-end=\"985\">Capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the prevailing laws of Nepal<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"987\" data-end=\"1084\">By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is truthful, accurate, and complete.<\/p><hr data-start=\"1086\" data-end=\"1089\" \/><h2 data-start=\"1091\" data-end=\"1132\">2. <strong data-start=\"1097\" data-end=\"1132\">Account Registration &amp; Security<\/strong><\/h2><h3 data-start=\"1134\" data-end=\"1165\">2.1. Accurate Information<\/h3><p data-start=\"1166\" data-end=\"1283\">Users must provide complete and accurate personal or business details during registration and while posting listings.<\/p><h3 data-start=\"1285\" data-end=\"1312\">2.2. Account Security<\/h3><p data-start=\"1313\" data-end=\"1466\">You are responsible for all activities under your account. Do not share your login credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.<\/p><hr data-start=\"1468\" data-end=\"1471\" \/><h2 data-start=\"1473\" data-end=\"1508\">3. <strong data-start=\"1479\" data-end=\"1508\">Listing Charges &amp; Payment<\/strong><\/h2><h3 data-start=\"1510\" data-end=\"1536\">3.1. Listing Charges<\/h3><p data-start=\"1537\" data-end=\"1583\">We charge a one-time listing fee as follows:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1584\" data-end=\"1733\"><li data-start=\"1584\" data-end=\"1620\"><p data-start=\"1586\" data-end=\"1620\"><strong data-start=\"1586\" data-end=\"1604\">Normal Listing<\/strong>: NPR <strong data-start=\"1610\" data-end=\"1618\">1800<\/strong><\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1621\" data-end=\"1733\"><p data-start=\"1623\" data-end=\"1733\"><strong data-start=\"1623\" data-end=\"1643\">Featured Listing<\/strong>: NPR <strong data-start=\"1649\" data-end=\"1657\">3000<\/strong><br data-start=\"1657\" data-end=\"1660\" \/><em data-start=\"1660\" data-end=\"1733\">All charges are <strong data-start=\"1677\" data-end=\"1714\">inclusive of applicable taxes\/VAT<\/strong> as per Nepal law.<\/em><\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3 data-start=\"1735\" data-end=\"1760\">3.2. Payment Method<\/h3><ul data-start=\"1761\" data-end=\"2048\"><li data-start=\"1761\" data-end=\"1825\"><p data-start=\"1763\" data-end=\"1825\">Payments must be made <strong data-start=\"1785\" data-end=\"1822\">at the time of listing submission<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1826\" data-end=\"1925\"><p data-start=\"1828\" data-end=\"1925\">Accepted method: <strong data-start=\"1845\" data-end=\"1864\">QR code payment<\/strong> to the official company bank account of <strong data-start=\"1900\" data-end=\"1924\">Dream Vista Pvt. Listing Approval<\/h3><p data-start=\"2078\" data-end=\"2208\">Listings are <strong data-start=\"2091\" data-end=\"2108\">only approved<\/strong> and published after verifying the payment receipt. Approval may take up to <strong data-start=\"2184\" data-end=\"2207\">24\u201348 working hours<\/strong>.<\/p><h3 data-start=\"2210\" data-end=\"2246\">3.4. No Refund or Cancellation<\/h3><p data-start=\"2247\" data-end=\"2354\">Once your listing is approved and published on the platform, <strong data-start=\"2308\" data-end=\"2339\">no refunds or cancellations<\/strong> are permitted.<\/p><hr data-start=\"2356\" data-end=\"2359\" \/><h2 data-start=\"2361\" data-end=\"2392\">4. <strong data-start=\"2367\" data-end=\"2392\">User Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h2><h3 data-start=\"2394\" data-end=\"2415\">4.1. Content Restrictions<\/h3><p data-start=\"2588\" data-end=\"2601\">You must not:<\/p><ul data-start=\"2602\" data-end=\"2779\"><li data-start=\"2602\" data-end=\"2692\"><p data-start=\"2604\" data-end=\"2692\">Republish, reproduce, or redistribute content from <strong data-start=\"2655\" data-end=\"2673\">aafnaighar.com<\/strong> without permission<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2693\" data-end=\"2779\"><p data-start=\"2695\" data-end=\"2779\">Use the site for spamming, harmful software, or interfering with platform operations<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr data-start=\"2781\" data-end=\"2784\" \/><h2 data-start=\"2786\" data-end=\"2829\">5. <strong data-start=\"2792\" data-end=\"2829\">Listings and Property Information<\/strong><\/h2><h3 data-start=\"2831\" data-end=\"2850\">5.1. Accuracy<\/h3><p data-start=\"2851\" data-end=\"3032\">You are solely responsible for the <strong data-start=\"2886\" data-end=\"2911\">accuracy and legality<\/strong> of the property details you submit. Misleading information may result in <strong data-start=\"2985\" data-end=\"2996\">removal<\/strong> of the listing or <strong data-start=\"3015\" data-end=\"3031\">legal action<\/strong>.<\/p><h3 data-start=\"3034\" data-end=\"3060\">5.2. Content License<\/h3><p data-start=\"3061\" data-end=\"3202\">By submitting property information, you grant Aafnaighar a <strong data-start=\"3120\" data-end=\"3159\">non-exclusive, royalty-free license<\/strong> to use, display, and promote your listing.<\/p><hr data-start=\"3204\" data-end=\"3207\" \/><h2 data-start=\"3209\" data-end=\"3249\">6. <strong data-start=\"3215\" data-end=\"3249\">Reviews, Ratings, and Feedback<\/strong><\/h2><ul data-start=\"3251\" data-end=\"3438\"><li data-start=\"3251\" data-end=\"3346\"><p data-start=\"3253\" data-end=\"3346\">Buyers and visitors may leave <strong data-start=\"3283\" data-end=\"3316\">reviews, ratings, or feedback<\/strong> directly on the listing page.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3347\" data-end=\"3438\"><p data-start=\"3349\" data-end=\"3438\">Aafnaighar reserves the right to <strong data-start=\"3382\" data-end=\"3394\">moderate<\/strong> or remove inappropriate or abusive reviews.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr data-start=\"3440\" data-end=\"3443\" \/><h2 data-start=\"3445\" data-end=\"3476\">7. <strong data-start=\"3451\" data-end=\"3476\">Intellectual Property<\/strong><\/h2><p data-start=\"3478\" data-end=\"3638\">All content on the website (text, graphics, logo, images, software) is the property of <strong data-start=\"3565\" data-end=\"3579\">Aafnaighar<\/strong> or its licensors.
