Vastu for Home according to Rooms:
- Vastu for Living Rooms
The living room is the heart of your home, where family members gather and entertain guests. According to Vastu, the living room should be in the east, north or north-east direction. Furniture should be arranged in such a way that it does not obstruct conversation and interaction by facing the living space towards east or north. Do not place a mirror in front of the entrance, as it reflects positive energy back.
- Vastu for Kitchen
South-east direction is associated with fire so the kitchen should be located in the south-east direction. The stove should be placed in the south-east corner, and it is considered good for the cook to face east. It brings good health as well as prosperity. Do not place the kitchen in front or next to the main entrance, as this may lead to financial instability.
- Vastu for Bedrooms
The master bedroom should be in the south-west direction, which promotes stability. It is considered good to have your head facing south or east while sleeping. This position is believed to improve sleep quality and overall health. Do not place a mirror opposite to the bed, as it can disturb sleep and strain relationships.
- Vastu for Bathrooms
Bathrooms are considered a source of negative energy, so their location is important. The best direction for a bathroom is North-West, as it helps to flush out negative energy. Bathroom should not be connected with the kitchen or pooja room. Always keep the bathroom door closed to prevent negative energy from spreading to other places of the house.
