• The PoA must be prepared by an advocate or a registered legal practitioner in Nepal.

   • The original citizenship certificate of the Principal (the person giving the PoA) and a copy of the Attorney-in-Fact citizenship certificate. This citizenship copy must be certified by a Notary Public in Nepal.
