Welcome to Aafnaighar, a property listing platform owned and operated by Dream Vista Pvt. Ltd, registered and located at Kawasoti-02, Nawalparasi (East), Gandaki, Nepal.

By using our website (https://aafnaighar.com), registering an account, submitting listings, or making any transactions through our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which comply with the Nepal Government’s E-Commerce Act 2081.

Please read the following terms carefully before using our services.

1. योग्यता

You must be:

  • At least 18 years old

  • Capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the prevailing laws of Nepal

By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is truthful, accurate, and complete.

2. Account Registration & Security

2.1. Accurate Information

Users must provide complete and accurate personal or business details during registration and while posting listings.

2.2. Account Security

You are responsible for all activities under your account. Do not share your login credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Listing Charges & Payment

3.1. Listing Charges

We charge a one-time listing fee as follows:

  • Normal Listing: NPR 1800

  • Featured Listing: NPR 3000
    All charges are inclusive of applicable taxes/VAT as per Nepal law.

3.2. Payment Method

  • Payments must be made at the time of listing submission.

  • Accepted method: QR code payment to the official company bank account of Dream Vista Pvt. Ltd.

  • After payment, send the payment receipt via:

3.3. Listing Approval

Listings are only approved and published after verifying the payment receipt. Approval may take up to 24–48 working hours.

3.4. No Refund or Cancellation

Once your listing is approved and published on the platform, no refunds or cancellations are permitted.

4. User Responsibilities

4.1. Compliance

You agree to:

  • Follow all applicable laws, rules, and regulations of Nepal

  • Avoid posting fraudulent, misleading, or illegal content

4.2. Content Restrictions

You must not:

  • Republish, reproduce, or redistribute content from aafnaighar.com without permission

  • Use the site for spamming, harmful software, or interfering with platform operations

5. Listings and Property Information

5.1. Accuracy

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the property details you submit. Misleading information may result in removal of the listing or legal action.

5.2. Content License

By submitting property information, you grant Aafnaighar a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote your listing.

6. Reviews, Ratings, and Feedback

  • Buyers and visitors may leave reviews, ratings, or feedback directly on the listing page.

  • Aafnaighar reserves the right to moderate or remove inappropriate or abusive reviews.

7. बौद्धिक सम्पत्ति

All content on the website (text, graphics, logo, images, software) is the property of Aafnaighar or its licensors. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

8. Privacy and Data Usage

We collect and use your personal information in accordance with our गोपनियता निति. We follow Nepal’s Data Protection and Privacy standards under E-Commerce Act 2081.

9. Limitation of Liability

Aafnaighar is a listing platform and is not responsible for:

  • The actual sale or rent transaction

  • Property ownership, conditions, or disputes

  • Any loss or damage arising from use or misuse of the platform

Users are advised to do their own due diligence before any real estate transaction.

10. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate any user account at any time without prior notice

  • Remove listings that violate laws or our content policy

11. Amendments

These Terms and Conditions may be revised from time to time. Users will be notified of major changes, and the latest version will always be available at aafnaighar.com/terms-and-conditions/

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of नेपाल. Any legal disputes will be resolved  as per Laws of Nepal.
